Client may cancel a project with Dev Orbit Lab by providing written notice. Fees for work completed by Dev Orbit Lab up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of custom digital services provided by Dev Orbit Lab, refunds are generally not issued once the project begins. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Dev Orbit Lab.
Dev Orbit Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with appropriate notice to existing clients.
